Graduated from KMC, Manipal in 1996, post graduation in ophthalmology MS) from Govt medical College, Mysore. Completed fellowship in glaucoma from LVPEI, Hyderabad and was a faculty in same institute. Later worked in Lotus Eye Hospital, Coimbatore for 3 years and joined as Glaucoma consultant in NN1 in 2009. Apart from the clinical work he had presented various papers in national and international conferences and also published papers in international journals.

When the vision of both eyes started becoming dim due to Cataract and Glaucoma problems, as advised by my good friends, I visited narayana nethralaya, a renowned and ranked as the best super speciality eye hospital at Rajajinagar, Bangalore, for the treatment. The highly experienced and qualified staff members, the various advanced scientific eye testing equipments and very good services and facilities I found in the hospital made me happy and I decided to undergo the treatment for my eyes at this hospital. Dr.. G K Venkatesh , an highly experienced and qualified and soft spoken doctor performed excellently the Laser assisted painless eye surgery for the Right eye on 26/8/2024 and for the Left eye on 20/9/2024. The vision of my both the eyes are now better and without using any glasses/ Spectacles I am able to see now objects clearly. So, I am highly thankful Dr. G K . Venkatesh sir and the team in this regard. Further, for the Glaucoma eye correction, I am undergoing treatment by Dr.Dhanaraj sir who is gentle and highly experienced and qualified and expert in the field of Glaucoma. Dr had suggested cataract Surgery on 2nd Oct.later your counter staff told that it is not possible on that date as it is booked full.
Pl try to accommodate me on that date and send your confirmation so that I can come for lab test 4days earlier.

I was facing glaucoma problem ( eye pressure was more) then I contacted Dr.Dhanraj Rao after thorough examination suggested me use drops after 2 months pressure has come down. The suggestion treatment given by doctor is excellent
