The experience at the hospital has been really good. The doctors are very experienced and take care of the patients in the best possible way ( Satidevi, Chaitra Jaydev, Padmamalini, Ravi Krishna). On 27 Feb 27 my wife Grace Koruthu had an appointment with Dr SathiDevi (Glaucoma specialist) at 1000hrs.She was reffered by her Opthalmologist Dr Rekha for opinion. We visited Chord Rd branch by 0900hrs. The system and the staff there is excellent. We just reported at the reception and within a minute the slip was ready after payment.Within a minute she was called for preliminary checkup. After two minutes one of the staff Ms Manjula MP came and took our records and reference from Dr Rekha, went and consulted the Dr after Which we were taken to Dr. Dr SathiDevi . She carried out the examination in detail and explained to us the exact problem and the course of treatment. She is a very pleasing personality and had the patience to explain everything in detail. We were thoroughly impressed by the professionalism displayed at the Glaucoma Dept.I would like to make a special mention of your staff Ms Manjula MP who was very helpful.

I was wandering from doctor to doctor in Bhopal and in Bangalore for my fathers cataract surgery…as he got glaucoma and bradycardia making the surgery a risky one at his age above 80. It was dr G K venkatesh , Dr sathi devi and their team who made it possible and now I hope he can see and live normal life for rest of his life. The Narayan Nethralaya is truely for service and the doctors are angels . The stuff are cordial and above all this is not a place of profit making health service provider .. it’s a kind of service with highest quality and dedication.. I can only be grateful to Narayan Nethralaya and wish this hospital have branches in all Indian cities .
