Hassle free experience!! Visited Bannerghatta Road branch for mother’s cataract surgery. Right from the Day 1 when we got her eyes checked to Day 3 when the surgery happened, it was a seamless experience. They explained us everything clearly about each step involved in the process. Each department had their own role and we were delighted to see their helping attitude. Kudos to Dr Deepa and team for their service. We didn’t have to wait for longer hours and it was pretty quick everywhere. We got Insurance pre approval three days before and on the day of surgery I just literally had to do three signatures and that’s it! The insurance approval came within an hour. Nurses explained us well on the application of eye drops. I am happy that they literally micro managed every patient to ensure they feel better after their visit. Now there is always a scope of improvement. Two things I feel can make their service even better. 1) After surgery when patients wait in the out patients area they can serve tea/coffee or something to eat. 2) After taking consent they can try to show the surgery live on television for the attendant. This happens in few hospitals.

Very much recommended Dr. Harsha nagaraj for eye operation. And also great hospital management for not letting patients wait for more than 5 mins. Very very quick service , near and clean too.
